Health coaching is a supportive, practical way of helping you make changes that improve your health and wellbeing. Rather than simply telling you what you should be doing, we'll look at what matters to you, what's getting in the way and what changes are realistic for your life.
-
It could be if you know you'd like to feel healthier but aren't quite sure where to start — or you've tried making changes before and found them difficult to maintain. You don't need to have everything figured out before we begin.
-
No. You might have been told that your blood pressure, cholesterol or blood sugar is creeping up, be carrying more weight than you'd like, or simply feel that it's time to look after yourself a little better. You don't need a diagnosis to start making positive changes.
-
No rigid diets or one-size-fits-all exercise plans. We'll explore your current habits and find realistic changes that work for you. Where appropriate, I can share evidence-based health information, but the decisions about what you change remain yours.
-
It's a 90-minute one-to-one session where we take a proper look at your health, lifestyle, priorities and what's currently getting in the way. You'll leave with a clearer picture of where you are, where you'd like to be and some practical next steps.
-
Not at all. You can start with a Health & Lifestyle Review as a one-off session. If you'd like more support afterwards, you can choose to continue with Recalibrate or Stay on Course. There's no pressure to decide upfront.

Health coaching can work alongside treatment with GLP-1 medications such as Wegovy or Mounjaro.
My role isn’t to prescribe medication or advise you on changing your dose — that stays with your doctor or prescribing clinician. Instead, we can focus on the things that support your health alongside medication, including nutrition, movement, maintaining muscle, sleep, everyday habits and creating changes you can sustain long term.
Whether you’re taking a GLP-1, thinking about starting one, or looking ahead to life after medication, we can work on making sure the focus isn’t simply on losing weight, but on improving your overall health and helping you feel better for longer.
